"Art is the concrete representation of our most subtle feelings." - Agnes Martin

I'm a soprano. I have been studying voice, focusing on lyric coloratura opera roles, with Mary Elizabeth Poore. I previously studied with Cathy Lawrence and Michael Thoms.

I have performed at Symphony Space's Bar Thalia and in cabarets at the Stonewall Inn.

I support a variety of arts organizations in Brooklyn, including:

I used to sing weekly with the Saint Peter's Church choir from 2011 to 2016. I've had the pleasure of singing many wonderful pieces with this group, including:

I also used to sing in a handful of other choirs:

  • Gustav Mahler's Eighth Symphony with the Canterbury Choral Society under the late Charles Dodsley Walker at Carnegie Hall in January 2013 (Charlie was a fantastic conductor with the most amazing energy. May he rest in peace.)
  • Carl Orff's Carmina Burana with the Harvard Summer Chorus under Jameson Marvin in 2006
  • Various works for both large and small choruses including Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Requiem in D minor with the Concert Choir at Benet under Brian Wand from 2003 to 2007
